Marina reserves the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
5 Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and external logistics conditions. Marina is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all items upon receipt and report any damage or missing items to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
6 Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain categories, including perishables, intimate wear, and digital goods, are exempt from our return policy.
