Are your UK Used phones actually from the UK?
Yes. We source our inventory directly from verified suppliers in the UK and USA. We do not sell refurbished devices or devices with replaced parts unless explicitly stated in the condition notes.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all our UK Used devices come with a standard 7-day testing warranty. If you find any factory defects during this period, you can return it for a replacement. Please see our Warranty Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Within Kano: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM.
Outside Kano: Nationwide delivery usually takes 2-4 business days depending on your location.

Can I pay on delivery?
We currently do not accept payment on delivery for orders outside Kano due to logistics challenges. For orders within Kano, you can select "Request a Call" and arrange a pickup at our physical store.
Do you do swap deals?
Yes, we do. However, swaps are strictly handled at our physical store in Kano so we can physically inspect your current device and evaluate its value.
